30 DAY WARRANTY ON SERVICES PROVIDED

ACE Computer Services agrees to provide any computer related services such as computer repair, troubleshooting, networking and part replacement to any equipment authorized by the customer on the terms and conditions provided below. ACE Computer Services is not responsible for any lost data while performing any repair. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify ACE Computer Services of any important documents or files that need to be saved and we will make every effort to comply.

Warranty Details

ACE Computer Services guarantees repairs against defects in material and workmanship that is hardware related for 30 days from the original repair date unless specified differently with a service agreement (Manufacturer’s warranty may still apply on hardware after 30 days). ACE Computer Services will repair or exchange any defective components that are installed under this warranty agreement free of charge with either a new or rebuilt replacement.

ACE Computer Services offers a 30 day warranty on any software installed on any computer system or server. This includes software problems or conflicts with existing software and/or operating systems. If a problem exists ACE Computer Services will repair or reinstall software within the warranty period.

If ACE Computer Services performs virus, spy ware & ad-ware removal ACE Computer Services does not guarantee virus, spy ware & ad-ware from not returning on customer’s system even if some type of preventing software is installed. ACE Computer Services will service the machine again within a 30 Day period of the original service date if the problem comes back.

All warranties, including custom built computers, will be voided if the equipment has been subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, has been tampered with by the customer or a third party without the prior consent of ACE Computer Services. ACE Computer Services reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this warranty policy without notice.
